Course

Weybrook is a lucky club, and it is lucky. Very lucky.

It is lucky that it is located on the edge of a growing town in the South of England. It is lucky that it resides on a site that enjoys magnificent views to the north over the village of Sherbourne St John, with Reading and the Chiltern hills in the long distance. Although it is directly on the edge of the urban area, it is screened from any view of the town itself. It is lucky that the site has undulating topography lending itself to the creation of interesting golf holes. It is very lucky that this site sits directly onto free-draining chalk which provides playable surfaces all year round.

The West Course

Our main 18 holes "The West Course" was designed by Sandy Burrell with Ken Moodie of Creative Golf Design and is a par 72 measuring 6808 yards from the black tees (slope rating of 126) , 6574 for the white medal tees (slope rating of 123) and 6189 from the yellow tees (slope rating of 116). The ladies course is a par 73 measuring 5635 yards (slope rating of 127).

The East Course

Our 9-hole picturesque parkland East Course is comprised of the original back 9 holes and will be familiar to most Basingstoke golfers. It provides an attractive and shorter challenge as a par 35 of 2856 yards from the back tees and 2533 yards from the red tees. It starts with a par 3 and finishes with a par 5, providing a thoroughly enjoyable 9 holes of golf with glorious views.
